Common Questions

When will I be charged?+

You're charged immediately on purchase. Renewals happen automatically on your billing date. We send reminders 7 days and 1 day before.

How do I cancel?+

Log into portal.warnode.cloud → Select your service → Click "Cancel Service". Your service stays active until current period ends. Cancellation is effective immediately and no further charges will be made.

What if payment fails?+

Payment failed → 24h retry → Suspended after 1 day → 7 days to reactivate → Deleted after 7 days Reactivate by updating payment within 14 days. After 14 days, data may be deleted.

Service Suspension Timeline: Service Suspension Timeline: If a payment fails, you get a 24-hour grace period to complete it. After that, your service will be suspended temporarily. You can reactivate your service within 7 days by completing the payment. If not reactivated within this period, the service will be permanently terminated and all data will be deleted. Timeline: Failed payment → 24h grace → Suspended → 7 days recovery → Deleted

What you can and cannot do on our servers

Use for legitimate purposes. No crypto mining, hacking, or illegal content. Be fair with resources.

✕Cryptocurrency mining
✕DDoS attacks, botnets
✕Illegal or malicious content
✕IP spoofing, network scanning
✕Resource abuse affecting others

Violations = immediate termination without refund. Illegal activities reported to authorities.

How we handle your data and backup responsibility

Your data is yours. We don't look at it without permission. Make your own backups - we provide tools but responsibility is yours.

✓Secure servers - Enterprise-grade security on all infrastructure
✓Backup tools - Use our panel to create and download backups
✓Account deletion - Deleting account removes all your data

Important: While we provide backup tools, you should maintain your own backups for critical data. Download regularly from your control panel.
